The booked room was nice in a traditional style. There were facilities such as a balcony and openable French windows.- The location was stunning - really close to lovely gardens away from the high rise hotels, the supermarket at a fifth of the price, and departure points for buses/tours.

The location here is great with easy access to the ocean promenade and garden views, the staff provide excellent service, and the continental breakfast is delicious.

This venue is conveniently located near Lido with spacious rooms and friendly staff across all departments, making for a pleasant stay.

The food at the bar was outstanding! I liked the contemporary-style building.- My well-appointed room with a spacious terrace was great.- The hotel is in a central setting in beautiful gardens amid its own banana plantation.

There are plenty of delicious options for breakfast, the location is great with a lovely garden view, and the services and Wi-Fi are excellent.

The service was excellent, the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with a stunning view. The location was convenient, surrounded by beautifully maintained tropical gardens. It's easy to access a bakery and supermarket, and Monumental Experience is within walking distance.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem in a beautiful location on Madeira Island. With its stunning gardens and variety of plant species, I was captivated by the natural beauty surrounding the hotel. The spacious rooms offered breathtaking views of the landscaped grounds, and the attention to detail was evident with the flower arrangement and fruit provided. The hotel also offered a range of amenities, including an exercise room, sauna, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The all-day guided off-road tour of the island was a memorable experience, and I loved the thoughtfully packed box of indigenous cut flowers to bring back home. I highly recommend this hotel for its magical ambience and exceptional service.

The value for the money was excellent, with beautiful and spacious rooms and stunning views of the garden. The location was perfect, being in a peaceful neighborhood but still close enough to the center for convenience. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

Perfect breakfast (very large selection of fruits) and a beautiful garden! We could relax very well in this "green oasis", although the hotel is very close to the centre. Furthermore the staff was very friendly & endeavoured. We are thrilled and would recommend it 100%!
